Every Monday and Wednesday we weight train at Baylor. First thing we do
is warm up,and our coaches are: Coach Kaufman and Coach Dave.Mostly we
do repetitions and sets. since some of us lift a lot of weight coach
might tell us to max out. Max is to lift as much as you can one time
like hundred and fifty pounds.It is a lot of fun. By the end of year
of the we're going to be BEASTS!
